CrossFit has many tangible benefits, catapulting it to become the hottest workout trend in America in 2015.
The appeal is clear: it helps you get in shape, disciplines your goals, keeps you healthy, improves body image, and might even get you married.
Iliana and Joe are from Florida and are both personal trainers. When the two began dating, fell in love, and ultimately got engaged, the question of what to do about their engagement photos came up.
Ultimately, the happy duo decided to take their photos in the environment they know and love best -- at the gym, practicing CrossFit.
Cricket Whitman, who helped take the engagement photos, told Mic Connections that the decision for a setting was a no-brainer.
"When I was talking to Joe about where they want to do the session he said, 'I know it's kinda crazy but Iliana mentioned maybe doing some photos in our CrossFit gym since we love working out there together," she told Mic Connections.
"I loved the idea so much we spent half the session doing those photos. It wasn't about showing off what they can do, but really about them as a couple," Whitman said.
