Kelly has also been making headlines away from the field, however, as debate has ramped in recent weeks about the identity of his alleged girlfriend. Kelly has been spotted out with an attractive woman recently, and it now appears that the two are indeed in a relationship, according to Busted Coverage.

The woman in question is Jill Cohen, a 30-something University of Oregon employee that works with donor relations and events. She graduated from Oregon in 2004, and she has held her current job since 2008, which was the year after Kelly became the football team's offensive coordinator.

The two have reportedly been dating for a while, although the relationship was only recently confirmed. It seems like the two might have hit a rough patch when Kelly took the job as Philadelphia's head coach, but if there ever were any troubles, it looks like they have worked through the problematic issues.
