Wisconsin Badgers combo forward Sam Dekker had the game of his career on the largest stage Saturday night, scoring 27 points on 8-11 shooting from the field. His Badgers defeated the Arizona Wildcats 85-77 in Los Angeles to move onto the Final Four.
Dekker’s amazing performance shot him up NBA draft boards everywhere. It earned him a ton of media attention, and, by extension, a ton of media attention for his girlfriend, Bailey Scheich.
Scheich is an undergraduate at the Badgers’ rival Big Ten school, the University of Michigan. Though if you look at the happy couple’s photos on Instagram, that fact doesn’t seem to bother them too much.
