This 23-year-old football player posted a before-and-after picture of himself to social media this week, documenting how much his body and shape have changed for the better in recent years. In his younger photo he's a doughy, fresh-faced lineman for the Alabama Crimson Tide. In the other, he's a grown man in the NFL, playing in the best shape of his career.
