Michael Phelps is arguably the greatest Olympian of all time. He has more gold medals than anyone else, and he has done more in an individual Olympic Games than most athletes do in their entire careers. Outside of the swimming pool, however, Phelps has had some troubles.

Phelps has had legal run-ins because of drugs and alcohol, and he endured a stint in rehab last year. He has also had some interesting romantic relationships in his day. He has had an on-again, off-again relationship with Nicole Johnson, who was Miss California in 2010.
Phelps also allegedly had a relationship with an intersex woman, which he apparently ended during or after his stint in rehab, which was also around the time that he got back together with Johnson.

Although Phelps and Johnson have since gotten engaged, he has apparently still been seeing other women, and one of them broke the girl code by blowing up his spot on Instagram after he sent her a picture of himself shirtless.

The man in the picture is believed to be Phelps, and the girl not only posted the picture online, but she also tagged Phelps' fiancee and added some petty hashtags.
