Darren Sharper Rape Case: Former NFLer To Have Penis Monitored After He's Out Of Jail? [VIDEO]

Darren Sharper made a plea deal that may allow him to only serve nine years of prison time as a result of his numerous rape charges. He is being allowed to serve his terms concurrently since they occurred in many different states, which some have decried as a miscarriage of justice.

New reports have also revealed some of the terms that Sharper will be forced to adhere to once he completes his prison sentence and is allowed to rejoin society. He will face lifetime probation as a result of his repeated instances of drugging a raping women in Louisiana, California, Arizona, and Nevada, according to the Sporting News.

There will be several stipulations that go along with the lifetime probation, and violation of any of the terms could land Sharper in serious trouble once again. The former NFLer will not be allowed to consume any alcohol upon his release from prison, and he will also be prohibited from visiting any bars or liquor stores.

In addition, Sharper will not be allowed to use any online dating services. He will be subject to lie detector tests and penile plethysmograph tests. In the latter, a sensor will be attached to Sharper's penis that will guage his arousal while an array of sexual images flashes in front of his eyes.

Sharper will also be tracked via GPS by California officials for up to five full years after he completes his prison sentence.

Sharper could elect to serve an additional 14 years in prison, but all of the same stipulations would apply following the completion of that sentence also.
