Much of the reaction to Jenner's announcement has centered around his reality show and how his family - especially the Kardashians - are handling the news. For his part, Bruce seems to be moving forward and pretty at peace with his choices, regardless of what his friends and family think.
Jenner is appearing on a special two-hour episode of 20/20 with Diane Sawyer to reveal his thought process before and during the transition, and he has been living his life in the meantime. According to Perez Hilton, he was spotted out recently riding a motorcycle, and he appeared to be wearing a sports bra, which plays into rumors that Jenner has already had breast augmentation surgery.

According to sources, here is the info about Jenner's surgery:
"Bruce had silicone breast implants put in a few weeks ago... He went with a smaller implant because he didn't want to look ridiculous. He's not allowed to lift anything, and he has to wear a bra 24/7, but he's expected to resume normal activities in the next six weeks."
While some took the time to deny those reports, it will be much harder to do that this time around in the wake of the photos that appear to show him wearing a sports bra.
