People point to the Albert Pujols deal as a disappointment, but the unquestioned flop of the Angels' free agent signings was Josh Hamilton, who they recently traded back to Texas. Hamilton struggled throughout his time with the franchise, and he eventually relapsed with his addiction problems.

According to TMZ, another celebrity who knows a thing or two about addiction does not think that Hamilton's substance abuse issues actually present a problem at all. None other than Charlie Sheen stepped up to defend Hamilton and give him some advice.

Sheen is really unhappy with how the Angels treated Hamilton, and he made it clear that he thinks the embattled slugger got a raw deal from the team.

He blasted the team for treating one of their players that way, but he also went on a bit of a rant against Alcoholics Anonymous. Sheen posted the following to his Twitter account:

"Dear Josh Hamilton, How you are being treated by the 'Devils' is shameful. F*ck AA. Have a drink and go hit some bombs!"
