The Golden State Warriors took a loss in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals, failing to close out the Houston Rockets, who have shown the ability to survive when facing elimination this postseason. On top of that, MVP Stephen Curry took a nasty spill and missed a chunk of the game with a head injury.
Fans worried that Curry had a concussion, but he returned to the game. He didn't play that well, the Warriors lost, and there was concern he may have come back before he should have. The Warriors are insisting Curry does not have a concussion, however, and that he will see his normal amount of time on the floor.

"At the very, very end, when he passed the tests, then it became 'there's no reason he couldn't play,'" Warriors general manager Bob Myers said. "So then it was, he passed the tests, passed them once, passed them twice... at that moment, he looked at me, said, 'Yeah, I'm ready to go.'"
Curry alarmed fans when his first 3-point attempt was an airball, but Myers chalked it up to coming out of the game for an extended period of time. "It'd be one thing if he'd went out there at halftime and warmed up and then did that. But he hadn't touched the ball, he hadn't shot the ball, he'd been sitting down for the most part."
Curry finished the game with 23 points and four assists. It was the first time in the series he'd been held to less than 33 points.
