Two teams in the Western Conference of MLS will do battle today in a match between the LA Galaxy and Real Salt Lake. The first-division clash scheduled for 10:30 p.m. ET will be held at the StubHub Center in Carson, California and can be live streamed here.

LA Galaxy manager Bruce Arena (via MLS): "My impressions right now are very good. Alan [Gordon] does what he does. He's scored four goals this year. He's done really well. He understands how to play at the end of the game. I give him a lot of credit."
RSL manager Jeff Cassar: "I think you can see what we can do when we have a full arsenal of players. I wanted to get Joao [Plata] on the field to say, 'All of that hard work you've done has got you to this moment.' We still have a lot more work to do on his fitness, but you can see his explosion. It was great for the fans to spur him on like that and spur our team on."
