50 Cent Domestic Violence Charge [VIDEO]: Judge Orders Rapper To Surrender All His Guns As Case Continues

A judge has ordered hip hop star 50 Cent to surrender all his guns as a domestic abuse case against him continues to unfold.

According to TMZ, 50, who has pled not guilty, has also been ordered to stay away from Daphne Joy, the alleged mother of one of his young children and the woman who claims he assaulted her in a brazen attack earlier this summer.

In police reports, Joy alleges the 38-year-old rapper stormed into her California home and viciously kicked her while destroying property in her L.A. condo. Among the items allegedly destroyed or broken were chandeliers, a TV and a lamp and various pieces of furniture. Joy also told police he ransacked a bedroom closet.

The protective order rendered by the court stipulates that 50 stay at least 100 yards away from the alleged victim at all times. Both of the parties are due back in court sometime next month.

Joy has told investigators 50 is the father of her child, though he has never publicly acknowledged as  much.  The rap star has also insists he’s innocent of all the charges lodged against him.

“Curtis Jackson [50 Cent] denies these allegations as made against him. It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest,” attorneys for him said in a statement at the time the charges were alleged.
