The saga of Alan Pulido to Chivas Guadalajara took another turn on Thursday. According to Medio Tiempo, the 24-year-old will return to Greece this weekend to begin training with Levadiakos in the first week of July.

Per the report, Pulido will meet with the Levadiakos board of directors to talk about his future with the club.
Levadiakos finished the 2014-15 campaign with 43 points, enough to be relegated from Greece's first division. The club has every intention to loan him to another club in the Superliga, with Olympiakos serving as a potential suitor.

Pulido has until Aug. 31 to move to another club.
Chivas Guadalajara president Néstor de la Torre—desperate for a forward having missed out on Pumas UNAM's Eduardo Herrera—was unable to provide any updates on his talks with Pulido.
"Chivas didn't go to the Draft to see what was left over," de la Torre said (via Futbol Total). "We made the signings we wanted to make and the coaching staff is pleased. There are no advances in the talks with Pulido."
"Everything remains the same."
Pulido's decision to return to Greece after a brief vacation on Mexican soil doubles down on that notion. His power struggle with Tigres UANL remains the final stumbling block for Chivas, for accepting the club's offer would acknowledge the 50 percent ownership Tigres claim to have on him.
With Pulido's departing flight to Greece just hours away, joining him for talks with Levadiakos wouldn't be the worst scenario for de la Torre and company.
