Dwight Howard Officially Loses His First One-on-One Battle of the 2013-14 Season

Dwight Howard officially lost his first one-on-one matchup as a member of the Houston Rockets.

Howard took it upon himself to answer some fans tweets on Wednesday night, according to multiple media reports.

Howard may have thought he'd just be answering fan mail.

According to Yahoo!Sports, Howard first responded to a tweet from Andrew Augustine, who posted, "Shout out to my boy @Dwight Howard.

Howard responded with a "wassup."

That post made Augustine extremely happy, as he replied, @DwightHoward oh my god I never thought you'd tweet me back. Made my life.

A couple of more tweets were similar, until a fan named Marcus Kirk began tweeting.

The first one read: "@DwightHoward puzzled? if you couldn't run a pick&roll with steve nash one of the best pick&roll pg ever...how can u do it with @JHarden13"

Later in the conversation, posted on USA Today, Kirk tweeted, "@DwightHoward its the truth...bro...I know dantoni sucks big time..but you couldve gave us one more year..."

To which Howard replied, "@marcuskirk980 let it go. No need to dwell on the past"

That's when a tweet from the account of Brittni @uHateBre raised the stakes:

"u ain't never getting a ring "@DwightHoward ..."

Howard made the mistake of trying to take a little jab at his antagonist. He told her, "@uHateBre with that face ion think u getting one either lol.

The response was swift and brutal. Time will tell if Howard learned his lesson.

@DwightHoward lmaooooo got one unlike your babymothers

Fan tweeters 1, Howard 0.
