Mateo Kovacic
According to ESPN FC, Liverpool have launched a £10 million bid for Mateo Kovacic. But having signed a contract extension to remain with Inter until 2019, the 21-year-old has no intention of departing.
"I'm staying here," Kovacic said (via ESPN FC). "I'm not moving anywhere. This is what I was looking for, and renewing my contract until 2019 says it all. My relationship with Inter is going to be a long one."
"I don't know if there have been any offers from the Reds, but it's not for me to say," he added. "it would be my agent. Having said this, all I can do is repeat that I want to stay here. I'm obsessed about proving that I am worthy of Inter."
"I want to win with this club. Inter are like Real Madrid or Barcelona."
Gary Medel
The same cannot be said for Gary Medel. According to Calciomercato (via Metro), Liverpool are weighing a move for the Chilean international.
Per the report, Medel would be happy to discuss a return to the Premier League.
Nemanja Vidic
Perhaps joining Medel in England is Nemanja Vidic.
According to Goal, Everton have made an enquiry to Inter about the availability of the center-back. A source told Goal: "Vidic is available and he is still only 33, so a move back to England does appeal."
