After Summer Rae and Rusev bashed her on Monday Night RAW, Lana came out and attacked the Bulgarian Brute's new girlfriend, ending the segment by rubbing her face into a fish. She then slapped the Super Athlete to end the segment.

Following the show, the Ravishing Russian appeared on RAW Fallout and spoke about overcoming adversity and bullying.

"You know, of course it feels great," Lana said. "I just think that it's very important for us to stand up and speak out, especially when we're bullied, and I just hope that I can inspire other people to stand up and speak out for what is right and for themselves. And hopefully other women will even understand that it's a privilege to be a leader and we need more women leaders in the world. So, hopefully people will be inspired."

Lana has been involved in a storyline with Rusev and Summer Rae ever since she severed ties with the mighty Russian.

After leaving Rusev, Lana ended up pairing off with Dolph Ziggler in WWE story arcs, leading to Summer Rae joining forces with the Bulgarian Brute.

Rusev and Ziggler were set to go head-to-head, but the Russian sustained a legitimate foot injury, so the rivalry has been carried out via promos in recent weeks.

When Rusev fully healed, the WWE had to write The Showoff out of storylines so that he could film the WWE Studios thriller 6:42, so they booked Rusev to attack him savagely in order to sell an injury angle.

There were rumors Ziggler would return to RAW this week and he was advertised for the flagship show, but it ended up not coming to fruition and the WWE booked Lana to stand up to the duo of Rusev and Summer Rae by herself.

The speculation is that Ziggler and Rusev will battle with their ladies in their respective corners at SummerSlam on Aug. 23 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
