5) Cameron Maybin, Atlanta Braves

Maybin is signed through 2016 and with the Braves (46-54) unloading and rebuilding, there have been rumors that the outfielder could be on the move. Atlanta enters Wednesday seven games out of the NL East race and nine games back in the wild-card hunt.

Maybin, 28, owns a .276/.339/.390 slashline with eight homers and 47 RBI this season. Fox Sports reports that the Braves are asking for a lot in return and the San Francisco Giants have shown interest.

4) Gerardo Parra, Milwaukee Brewers

Parra is slated to hit free agency at the end of this season and he has been the subject of a lot of rumors as the lowly Brewers (44-57) look to stock up for next year.

Parra, 28, has slashed .324/.365/.517 this season with nine homers and 31 RBI. According to CBS Sports, the Baltimore Orioles, Los Angeles Angels and New York Mets are among interested teams.

3) Jay Bruce, Cincinnati Reds

Bruce is set to become a free agent in 2016 and with the Reds (44-54) preparing for a rebuild, he may be a casualty with the team 19 games out in the division and trailing a wild-card spot by 10 contests.

Bruce, 28, has hit .257/.342/.480 this season with 16 round-trippers and 55 RBI. CBS Sports reports that the Mets and Angels are two of the teams interested in Bruce. Marlon Byrd is another Reds outfielder on the block.

2) Justin Upton, San Diego Padres

Upton is another outfielder who has been involved in a lot of trade chatter as the Padres (47-53) offseason makeover has been a failure and the team is on the cusp of breaking it apart.

Upton, 27, is set to become a free agent after this season and he is slashing .247/.327/.425 this season with 16 homers and 50 RBI. While he hasn't been as productive as past seasons, Upton is still generating a lot of interest. A knock on the outfielder is how prone he is to striking out as he's fanned 101 times this season, fifth most in the NL.

Per MLB.com, possible destinations for Upton include the Chicago Cubs, Houston Astros, Mets and Washington Nationals. Will Venable is another Padre outfielder linked to trade rumors.

1) Yoenis Cespedes, Detroit Tigers

Cespedes has been linked to rumors and his highly coveted, but he will also hit free agency after this season. The Tigers (48-52) have been disappointing, but they're only 4.5 games out of a wild-card spot in the AL and it could come down to the wire on if they decide to sell.

Cespedes, 29, is slashing .289/.321/.500 this season with 17 long-balls and 58 RBI while his 28 doubles are third in the AL. Several teams would be interested in him, but the Tigers may be convinced that they can still make a push for October baseball.
