5. Ross Barkley, Everton 2-2 Watford
Barkley has widely been considered one of England’s most promising attacking talents since his debut in 2010. On Saturday, the 21-year-old showed why. Stepping into a lay-of from teammate Arouna Kone, Barkley sent an unsavable screamer to the far post, momentarily equalizing the match.

4. Michael Bradley, Toronto FC 1-3 Sporting Kansas City
It was all for naught, but Toronto FC’s combination play early in the first half against Sporting Kansas City was a youth coach’s dream. Immediately responding to an opener from the visitors, the club combined for a five-pass sequence that resulted in a one-on-one matchup for Michael Bradley. The captain was cool, composed and clinical.

Unfortunately, the 3-1 loss kept Toronto from rising in the Eastern Conference standings.
3. Bradley Bubb, Oxford City 2-2 Chelmsford City
Travel to the depths of the English football to find our No. 3 goal of the week. The sixth division of English football to be exact. Trailing Chelmsford City 2-1, Bradley Bubb took it upon himself to punish a wandering keeper immediately following the kickoff.
Much like Barkley, Bubb’s efforts were only rewarded with a 2-2 draw.
2. Christian “El Hobbit” Bermúdez, Puebla 3-2 Pumas UNAM
Delving into the realm of match-winners, Puebla and Pumas UNAM entered the last 10 minutes of their Liga MX match with zero separation. A poorly cleared header from the visitors landed at the feet of Christian Bermudez.
On the full volley, with his plant foot parallel to the goal, the 28-year-old sealed the 3-2 victory for Puebla.

1. Philippe Coutinho, Stoke City 0-1 Liverpool
Unlike the old adage, the Premier League did not save its best for last. A coma-inducing contest between Stoke City and Liverpool was livened by one moment of individual brilliance from Philippe Coutinho.
His technique to turn the defender and strike from distance was sheer quality and enough to secure an imperative three points for the Reds.
