The Colin Kaepernick-Nessa plot thickens, if Twitter following is considered.
The two started following each other on Twitter, Terezowens.com reported, becoming the latest link in the rumor that the two are dating.

Terezowens.com added some unflattering comments toward the San Francisco quarterback about his compassion for others - or lack thereof. Ex-49er Aldon Smith and Kaepernick allegedly got into an altercation in practice earlier that week, TMZ Sports reported. The site speculated that the fracas could've involved Nessa, who is Smith's ex.
"Kaepernick may have given that half (witted speech) that he felt bad about Aldon Smith, but truth be told, Kap is a heartless SOB," a tipster told terezowens.com. "... It's obvious Kap no longer communicates with Aldon, not to even see if the man is okay, but hangs out with Nessa religiously. Word is she is taking him to the (MTV Video Music Awards) on the 30th (of August) as a date!!!!"

Their possible love interest became a topic of discussion when the 49ers cut Smith after he was charged with a DUI, hit and run and vandalism earlier this month.
Kaepernick denied that he and Smith got into an altercation but has neither confirmed nor denied any relationship with the radio show host.
For Nessa to become one of the people Kaepernick follows is a big deal, regardless of whether they are involved romantically. While Kaepernick has 772,000 followers, she is only the 105th person the 49ers star follows.
Nessa, meanwhile, follows 1,015 people and has 112,000 followers.
