Jordan Spieth, who is preparing for the first stop in the FedEx Cup playoff at The Barclays in Edison, N.J., talked about how he spent his his week off last week, CBS Sports reported.

More specifically, Spieth talked about who he watched while he took last week off.
Spieth admitted he was one of the golf fans who found himself in front of a television watching Tiger Woods' attempted rebirth at the Wyndham Championship. Woods, No. 1 in the world as recently as 2013, was tied for the lead after two rounds and just two shots behind the leaders after three rounds.

Woods finished four strokes off the pace, his 13 under par tying him for 10th, and lifting his ranking 29 spots from No. 286.
"The Wyndham is one of the few tournaments where I really watch a lot of it," said Spieth. "I think it's really interesting. You see guys that are fighting for their job. You see some really clutch shots. It's one of the most entertaining events of the year, and I've watched a lot of it, too, because of Tiger. I mean, it was cool to see. Honestly, I was going about my work, but when I had downtime, I turned it on. When I was eating lunch, I had it on. The interest was there, more so than normal.
"Yeah, I liked watching the passion that he had, that Tiger had during the week."
Spieth could be forgiven for his Woods-watching. Another CBS Sports article indicated that the Wyndham Championship drew a 3.9 television rating, "the highest rating for a non-major since the 2013 Players Championship (which Woods won). It's also up 160 percent over last year's final round when Camilo Villegas won."
Spieth's admission shows that if Woods can continue to improve his game, his mystique may not have disappeared entirely.
