Isaiah Crowell, RB (ADP: 91): The Browns don’t seem sold on Crowell as a starter, but right now he has the strongest case of their three-headed monster. Crowell had the most explosiveness in 2014, and his teammate Terrance West has been in the doghouse more than once.
Sleepers (Best Format)
Duke Johnson, RB, PPR (ADP: 135): Johnson, a rookie, is probably the most exciting member of Cleveland’s backfield. He has receiving chops straight out of college, and projects to be their biggest home run threat. He’s also got the injury-prone label already, and suffered a concussion in the preseason. Rely on him at your own risk.
Manziel's Elbow Issues May Never Go Away
Terrance West, RB, Standard (ADP: 191): West is going a full 100 spots after Crowell, when right now they still seem to be competing for the starting gig. With Duke Johnson looking more like a part-time back due to health concerns, West has a solid chance at 18-20 touches a game.
Dwayne Bowe, WR, Standard (ADP: 237): Bowe is not exciting at all, but for what it’s worth he’s the No. 1 wide receiver for the Browns. Josh McCown won’t get your juices flowing as his QB either, but hey—he’s depth.
Deep Sleepers (Best Format)
Johnny Manziel, QB, Standard (ADP: 343): Manziel is not on many fantasy draft radars right now, but the Browns view him as their QB of the future. He can run—better than he can throw—and he’s worth the latest of fliers in deep keeper or dynasty leagues.
Andrew Hawkins, WR, PPR (ADP: 259): Hawkins is a PPR value, based on his 63 catches, and he’s going way too late based off the quarterback position.
