James Harden may have reason to be concerned about Khloe Kardashian's ex-husband.
Somehow, Lamar Odom's name keeps popping up in connection with the reality television star.

Kardashian gets into a bit of a spat with sister Kim over Khloe's ex in a video on E! that People magazine posted.
The video is from the Kardashian family's trip to Armenia in April, according to People, which is likely long before Khloe and the Houston Rockets hooked up. The relationship between Kardashian and Harden became public in June when media outlets reported a "secret" rendezvous between the two in Hawaii.

In the video, Khloe laments not having her Blackberry phone with her because it had a phone number she wanted.
"Whose phone number? Anyone I would know," Kim asks.
"No," Khloe says, mysteriously, before admitting that she is looking for Odom's number so she can check up on him to see whether he's OK. That Kardashian, who had called Odom the love of her life, doesn't have Odom's phone number memorized is somewhat startling.
Kim, 34, uses her big sister card to ask why the 31-year-old Khloe needs Odom's number and tells her, "You deserve so much better."
Later in the clip, Khloe explains to the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians audience, "Lamar and I loved each other deeply, and I don't believe in just acting like that relationship never existed. Things happened, but that doesn't just stop me from caring about him or loving him."
The clip then returns to the scene between Khloe and Kim where Khloe admonishes Kim for questioning Khloe's judgment.
"I don't ever come at you about all your trifling s--- that you used to do until you got married," Khloe tells her sister, "so take a chill pill, slore."
The clip, however, is another reminder to Harden that Odom still is lurking just outside of their relationship, ready to pounce if anything goes wrong. Odom already has denied reports of a confrontation he had with Khole outside a fitness gym during the summer.
