Oscar Pistorius' family has issues with the South African Parole Review Board.
The double-amputee sprinter, who is serving a five-year sentence for culpable homicide in the 2013 shooting death of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, was supposed to be released to house arrest in August. But South African law officials have conspired to keep the "Blade Runner" behind bars.

The latest incident came this week, when the Parole Review Board upheld a decision to block his transfer to house arrest just days before Pistorius was to be released, BBC.com reported.
"But the panel, led by Judge Lucy Mailula, ruled that Justice Minister Michael Masutha had acted correctly when he prevented the release on the grounds that it had been taken prematurely," BBC.com reported.

It was the South African Correctional Supervision and Parole Board that recommended in June that Pistorius be released to house arrest after completing one-sixth of his sentence -- 10 months, in Pistorius' case, The Week UK reported.
Legal experts previously have said that releases involving South African prisoners typically have taken place as soon as one-sixth of the sentence has been completed.
The review board also recommended that Pistorius undergo psychotherapy, which his family said he was already receiving it.
The Pistorius family released a statement saying it was concerned about the "legality" of delaying his release.
"Time has now cured Mr. Masutha's concerns and it could not understand why the panel had referred the case back to the parole board rather than taking a decision," the statement said. "The failure to give proper -- and consistent -- effect to the Correctional Services Act flies in the face of administrative justice."
Pistorius must go back to court Nov. 3 as prosecutors will seek a murder sentence in an appeal. If the prosecution is successful, Pistorius will face a minimum 15-year sentence.
