A third woman is now publicly proclaiming she too engaged in a longtime affair with Lamar Odom, adding that the two were together before and during Odom's marriage to reality TV star Khloe Kardashian.
According to RadarOnline, 29-year-old graduate student Sandy Schultz alleges she and Odom met back in 2003 and have been romantically involved with one another every since. The website adds over the first two years the woman alleges they "dated solidly," and since then on an off and on basis.
"I was very much in love with him," Radar reports Schultz claims. "I loved his openness and his sexuality. My nickname for him was 'Lam Lam' and to hear Khloe calling him that now is like a dagger through my heart."
Schultz told Radar by 2006, however, Odom had yet to propose, so she left the country and later became engaged to another man. Still, when she returned to the states about a year later, she alleges her relationship with Odom picked right back up.
"Our feelings for each other had remained so strong," she told Radar, adding that the couple once made love at his Manhattan Beach home. "It didn't bother him that I was engaged to someone else."
Not long thereafter, Schultz claims she broke off her engagement to be with Odom, but again their happiness was short lived. On Aug. 27 of 2009, she claims Odom took her to a party Kardashian was hosting for Lakers teammate Metta World Peace at an L.A. nightclub. She alleges she was still Odom's girlfriend then and Kardashian knew it.
"I got up to go to the bathroom and when I returned, Khloe had taken my seat next to Lamar," she told Radar. "She didn't move, so I sat on his lap" Schultz told Radar she left early that night and Odom never returned home.
"He was supposed to be home with me and he chose to go home with Khloe Kardashian instead," she told Radar. "She knew I was Lamar's girlfriend and she obviously just didn't care. And Lamar didn't have the decency to call me that night to say he'd made that decision."
One month later, she recalls Odom and Kardashian were married and she didn't hear from him again until March of 2012. She remembers the Lakers were set to play Golden State and Odom called to ask her to fly into town.
"He asked if I had the money to pay for it," Schultz told Radar, claiming he explained that Khloe could trace his card. As soon as she arrived at Odom's hotel, Schultz alleges "we just fell into each others' arms, hugging and kissing,"
L.A. attorney Polina Polonsky and D.C. stripper Jennifer Richardson have also gone public with claims they had had affairs with the 33-year-old Odom.
