If the Blue Jays are stealing signs, it sure has hell didn't work in Games 1 and 2.
In Game 3, however, Toronto exploded for 11 runs and defeated the Royals, 11-8, at Rogers Centre. The victory brought the Blue Jays to within a 2-1 deficit in the best-of-seven series entering the matinee Game 4 Tuesday.

The Blue Jays may have won Game 3, but Royals starter Johnny Cueto is calling shenanigans.
Cueto, who has been an utter disaster since being acquired from the Reds prior to the trade deadline, gave up eight runs on six hits while walking four and lasting just two innings in the debacle. His ERA for the outing was a whopping 36.00.
The right-hander believes that the Blue Jays were stealing signs, and he relayed those concerns to Edinson Volquez, who in turn told the media about it.

To be fair, it wouldn't be the first time that the Blue Jays were mired in this type of controversy. In 2010, ESPN did a report about a mysterious man in white who was believed to be stealing signs for the Blue Jays, leading to a monstrous conspiracy theory. After authoring the third-worst postseason start in MLB history, according to Deadspin, perhaps Cueto was grasping at any excuse that could get him off the hook in Kansas City.
After being freed from the awful Reds, Cueto hasn't paid dividends for the Royals. Though he was on the mound for the club's ALDS Game 5 victory over the Astros, he's struggled for the most part in his time with Kansas City.
Cueto was 4-7 with a 4.76 ERA in 13 regular season starts after the trade and in three postseason games, he's 1-1 with a 7.08 ERA, which was inflated with his disastrous outing Monday night.
The Blue Jays combined for three runs in the first two games of the series, but exploded for 11 in Game 3. If Toronto is stealing signs, the postseason doesn't reflect it, as the club dropped the first two games of the ALDS at home to the Rangers prior to roaring back and winning three straight contests. The club also fell into a 2-0 hole in the ALCS.
Cueto had an embarrassing outing, so it's understandable if he's looking for something to blame, but perhaps his excuses are even more mortifying.
