Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Relationship Update: Khloe Continuing To Lead On Lamar, While Relationship With James Harden Endures [VIDEO]

Simply put, Khloe Kardashian is stringing Lamar Odom along.

The reality star may have put her divorce to Odom on hold following his near-death experience, but she's not keeping her relationship with James Harden on the shelf. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star was spotted out and about with Harden, while she's also spent time at the hospital with Odom.

Khloe Kardashian Goes On Tirade

Though it appeared she was giving her marriage with Odom another shot, Kardashian was spotted out at a night club with Harden in California on Sunday, according to TMZ. The couple left separately, but it marked their first public appearance together since Odom nearly lost his life due to a dangerous mix of cocaine and an herbal Viagra supplement at a brothel in Nevada.

It was quite the busy weekend for Kardashian, as she spent Friday at Odom's bedside in the hospital and gave him a booty-full surprise for his 36th birthday. Kardashian twerked to try and raise her husband's spirits as he continues his long road to recovery, Hollywood Life reports.

James Harden Showing Similar Warning Signs To Lamar Odom

"They don't want to get Lamar too excited. He's still recovering, and too much excitement isn't what his doctors want," a source told the site. "But they did play a few of his favorite songs, including 'Rack City' by Tyga. As soon as it came on, out of nowhere, Khloe playfully twerked for him. Just for a quick second -- to make the mood less somber. Of course, she got Lamar's heart racing."

Kardashian also threw Odom a birthday party in the hospital and he was so touched by the outpouring of love that he wept "tears of joy." He may be crying for real once he finds out about his wife's relationship with Harden continuing.

As for Harden, he's thwarted off rumors of Kardashian being a curse and a jinx, bouncing back from a rough start to the season. On Odom's birthday this past Friday, Harden put up 43 points for the Rockets against the Kings. He followed it up with a 46-point effort against the Clippers on Saturday before closing out the weekend by partying with Kardashian.

Harden became the first Houston player since Moses Malone in 1981-82 to score 43 or more points in back-to-back games, according to the Houston Press.

It appears Harden is scoring off the court as well, as Kardashian continues to court him while leading on her ailing husband.
