Dwyane Wade Divorce Update: Siohvaughn Funches Request For Settlement To Be Nullified In Limbo, No Hearing Date Set [VIDEO]

A Miami divorce and family court judge has yet to rule or even publicly set a hearing date in response to Siohvaughn Wade's request to have the settlement she previously agreed to with her NBA ex-husband nullified.

According to TMZ, Siohvaughn Wade formally filed court documents earlier this month seeking to have the agreement attorneys for both parties stipulated to earlier this summer totally destroyed, including a gag order that prohibits her from publicly trashing her ex and the father of her two young sons.

After a bitter and prolonged six-year ordeal, the former high school sweethearts were divorced in 2009. But that proved only the beginning, as since that time the two have battled back-and-forth over the custody of their two sons. Dwyane Wade now has sole custody of the boys, while Funches has liberal visitation rights.

The latest disharmony between the two comes at a time when the court-appointed child parenting coordinator assigned to the case also announced he was washing his hands of the situation. In tendering his resignation, Howard Rosenberg implied the acrimony between the two parties made it impossible for him to "effectively" perform his $400 per hour duties.

TMZ also reports Leslie Star, the psychologist directly assigned to work with and evaluate Siohvaughn Funches' mental state, has also resigned in dismay. The website adds so far Rosenberg had earned about $50,000 coordinating visitations and making sure both parents were were adhering to their court-ordered responsibilities.

Though Wade and Funches have now been divorced more than three years, they continue to openly feud over issues ranging from allegations of mental illness, emotional abuse, bad parenting, kidnapping and the hiding of financial assets.

In addition to monthly support TMZ has previously reported includes paying her mortgage and for at least two cars she owns, Wade reportedly granted his ex a lump-sum payment of $5 million earlier this summer. Her pending legal request would presumably force him back to the bargaining table.
