REDSKINS vs RAIDERS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Week 4 Coverage from O.Co Coliseum, Oakland

Today at 4:25 p.m. ET, the Washington Redskins (0-3) visit the Oakland Raiders (1-2) for Week 4 NFL action from the O.Co Coliseum in Oakland. The game can be live streamed here. Washington fans can hear all the action on WTEM 980 while Oakland fans can access the action by turning their dials to 95.7 The Game.

The winless Redskins are still in search of their first win as the Raiders hope they can win without Terrelle Pryor at signal caller.

The Redskins are off to their worst start in 12 years and quarterback Robert Griffin III is looking to get back to the form she showed in his rookie season after the team has fallen on some rough times thus far in his sophomore campaign following his knee surgery last Jan. 9.

Griffin so far has thrown for 975 yards while going 88-for-139 with five touchdowns and four interceptions. Washington will look to get RG3's running game going as he's carried just 15 times for 62 yards without reaching the end zone.

Washington is coming off of a 27-20 loss against the Detroit Lions last week, where Griffin showed signs of gaining some running ability again with a season-high six carries for 37 yards, but still hasn't been as productive as the team would hope.

"I don't think this team has lost its sense of confidence," Griffin told ESPN following its third loss. "We know how close we are. We know we can turn it around and we're built to get out of this hole, just like we were last year."

While Griffin insists that he's fully healthy and that a knee brace he's had to wear following his surgery after an injury in the team's wild-card loss to Seattle last season hasn't hindered his ability, teammate and wide receiver Pierre Garcon has stated Griffin is not the same.

"He's not fully healthy, obviously," said Garcon per ESPN, "He's running a little bit more, but last year's RG3 was a lot different than this year's RG because of his knee. It's not surprising -- we've been talking about it the whole offseason. ... I don't think he's 100 percent, but he's definitely giving 100 percent effort to get 100 percent."

Garcon has team highs in catches (23) and receiving yards (280) and has one touchdown on the year.

The Raiders, meanwhile, will be without quarterback Terrelle Pryor who suffered a concussion during the team's Monday Night Football 37-21 loss to the Broncos after a hit in the fourth quarter to his helmet knocked him out of the game. Without Pryor, the team turns to Matt Flynn  under center as he makes his third career start and first with the Raiders.

This season, Pryor is 53-for-81 for 624 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. Pryor is a much more mobile quarterback than Flynn as he's also rushed for 198 yards on 26 carries.

Flynn, meanwhile, has gone 55-for-81 for 731 yards with nine touchdowns and two picks through two career starts with Green Bay.

The main focus of this afternoon's game will be on the quarterbacks as RG3 looks to return to his former self and lead the Redskins to their first victory while Flynn hopes to successfully take Pryor's place at signal caller.
