Kevin Durant Selling Oklahoma City Mansion, In New York State Of Mind? [VIDEO]

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant has put his $1.95 million Oklahoma home on the market, fueling speculation among some that he might soon be seeking greener pastures in a bigger market, according to USA Today Sports.

Two years after purchasing the 5,445 square feet suburban home for $1.79 million, Durant has placed the gated community, Club Villa five bedrooms, four baths property on the market for $1.95 million. USA Today adds, the home also features a guest house and a full length pool.

Durant recently signed to be repped by hip hop legend Jay Z and his startup Roc Nation Sports agency. As per league rules, he also sold his minority ownership shares in the Brooklyn Nets as he sought to launch his agency.

But the hip hop mogul leaves little doubt his hometown Nets remain his team of choice, causing many to wonder what effect that might ultimately have on Durant when he becomes a free agent in 2016.

"He has nothing to do with if I'm going to leave OKC or none of that," Durant recently told USA Today. "I heard that before so put that on the table. He has nothing to do with that. He knows his lane with me. Their team knows their lane with me. And they're letting me handle the basketball part. I would tell fans not to worry about that at all."
