At some point, Lamar Odom will have to be discharged from Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and be taken care of at some type of special home.
The perfect place for Odom to stay in is a healthcare style of a setting. This could probably mean that wherever the ex-NBA cager is headed, that place will have to be transformed a bit to allow him to recover.

Though his recovery remains grim, the only thing certain right now is that Odom will not be moving back in with his wife Khloe Kardashian.
The reality star is apparently against the idea and has reportedly shot down the thought of turning her home into a hospital of sorts.

“She doesn’t want her house to be a hospital. She has been very clear about that,” according to a source via Radar Online.
Further to that, moving in with his kids is also out of the question. Odom's kids live on the East Coast but that too poses an unlikely scenario.
“Lamar’s people want him to be in a quality care facility," added the source. "But they are having trouble finding one that is secure and will provide him with the treatment he needs."
Part of the reason for such a setting is Odom’s incontinence. With the ex-NBA star having trouble controlling his bladder, he has to frequently go to the bathroom. Odom has refused to wear adult diapers and has instead counted on changing underwear frequently.
It remains to be seen where Odom will end up despite the not-so-comforting news about his recovery. Kardashian on the other hand continues to see James Harden despite showing concern for Odom, something that drew criticism from her brother, Rob Kardashian as mentioned via the IBTimes.
Making things worse, the divorce will still push through despite the fact that Kardashian had earlier pulled out the papers back in October as first reported by TMZ. It was done so that the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star could help Odom pay for his medical bills after he nearly lost his life due to an excessive inake of drugs at a Nevada brothel, not because Kardashian wanted to get back with him.
