Katherine Webb, AJ McCarron Baby: Couple Announces Model Is Pregnant With Their First Child [VIDEO]

AJ McCarron may not be very active on the field, but his life is about to change a whole lot off of it.

The Bengals backup quarterback and his wife, model Katherine Webb-McCarron, have revealed that they are expecting their first child. The happy couple shared a photo on Instagram to spread the news that Webb-McCarron is four months along and they are expecting a baby boy.

The couple kept it a secret at first, but was more than happy to share the news with the world. The couple created a bit of a stir last month when they opened up about which college their future kids will go to and what team they'll root for.

"I'd prefer to let our kids choose where they want to go," Webb said in an interview for Coca-Cola Zero college football Rivalry Week while sitting next to her husband. "Because [AJ] had the choice. He wanted to go to Miami, but he decided on Alabama."

McCarron, a former Alabama quarterback, joked that it would be "awful" if their kids rooted for his wife's alma mater, Auburn, but then conceded that he'd be happy to support them wherever they go.

"At the same time, if they're blessed enough to receive a scholarship offer whether it's for school or athletics," McCarron said in what proved to be a foreshadowing of their latest news, "we're gonna also be fans of whoever's help paying for their school."

Now, the reality of which school their children will tie their allegiances to is starting to come to fruition. The happy couple has promised to keep fans apprised of what's going on during their journey to welcoming their first son into the world.

While the college teams are up for debate, their son's NFL loyalties should leave no doubts. As long as McCarron plays in Cincinnati, they'll be a Bengals family.
