RadarOnline is reporting Khloe Kardashian has had formal divorce papers drawn for her NBA husband Lamar Odom and may finally be ready to end their troubled four year marriage.
According to Radar, over the last two weeks the 29-year-old reality TV star has secretly been speaking with an attorney and recently advised the lawyer to prepare the documents.
"All she needs to do is tell the lawyer to file the petition," a source told Radar. "She has even signed the divorce papers in anticipation."
It's been a season of discord for the high-profile couple, with the 33-year-old Odom being dogged by allegations of infidelity and hardcore drug use. Radar previously reported, at least three women, Washington D.C. stripper Jennifer Richardson, California attorney Polina Polonsky and grad student Sandy Schultz, have all publicly claimed to have engaged in long-term affairs with the NBA veteran.
In addition, a New York man who bills himself as "a dealer to the stars" recently claimed Odom was spending as much as $800 a day on crack and other drugs. Just over a month ago, Odom was also arrested in California on a DUI charge that could end in jail time.
"She feels she has no other options at this point because Lamar is unwilling to go to rehab," the source told Radar. "He still talks to Khloe everyday, but his drug addiction is running and ruining his life. He loves the drugs more than anything, including his wife. He refuses to give it up."
