Tim Tebow News: Tennessee Titans Ignore QB To Sign Mike Kafka To Practice Roster [VIDEO]

One quarterback has played three NFL seasons since 2010, starting 18 games, including two in the playoffs and has a career passer efficiency rating of 75.3.

Another quarterback has played in one NFL season since 2011, but was on a roster for three games last year. He has four appearances, without a start, and a career rating of 47.7.

Tim Tebow Taking Out Olivia Culpo Frustrations On Golf Course

So naturally, the Titans signed the latter -- journeyman Mike Kafka -- to their practice roster on Wednesday, while the latter, Tim Tebow, remains more renowned for a possible romance and breakup with former Miss Universe Olivia Culpo than for his exploits as an NFL quarterback.

"As injuries have piled up, the market at certain positions has gotten ridiculously thin," Pro Football Talk reported. "But at quarterback, it's especially so, and the latest example is in Tennessee."

Tim Tebow's Faith Would Not Be Ridiculed If He Were Muslim, KISS' Gene Simmons Says

Of course, it is not certain whether the Titans contacted Tebow, and maybe he declined based on the current point of the season. But Tebow's long-standing desire to get back into the NFL would seem to indicate that Tebow would be perfectly content to make a practice roster and continue to work on his craft.

Kafka was a fourth-round pick of the Eagles in 2010 out of Northwestern, playing four games for Philadelphia in 2011. He also had stints with the Jaguars, Vikings and Bucs.

But as to why Kafka is a more valuable commodity to the NFL than Tebow at this juncture of their careers, only the NFL knows.
