The Real Madrid superstar has been linked to several beautiful women in the past, including models Irina Shayk, Gemma Atkinson and Alice Goodwin, and it appears as though a new beauty has entered his life. Making things potentially more interesting, Ronaldo was set-up with his agent Jorge Mendes' daughter, Marisa, in November, but appears to have moved on.
Now, Ronaldo is dating a gorgeous woman named Melanie Martins, according to magazine Nova Gente (via The Mirror). Here are five facts about the soccer superstar's suspected new flame.

1) She's A Model
Ronaldo certainly has a type, doesn't he? CR7 went from Shayk to Atkinson to Goodwin and now, perhaps unsurprisingly, he's landed Martins, a Portuguese-French model. Who can blame him? Martins has nearly 200,000 followers on Instagram, where she constantly uploads bikini-clad photos.
2) Almost Miss Universe
Martins is a former Miss Universe finalist, according to Rippa.com. She would have won the contest, but Steve Harvey announced the wrong na -- okay, so she's not that girl (too soon?). Martins was the runner-up in the pageant, but it seems unlike this year's fiasco, everything went smoothly during her run.
3) One Of 'A Few'
It seems Ronaldo isn't one to be tied down by one girl right now, even at age 30. Perhaps there still is something going on between the soccer star and his agent's daughter. When asked on "The Jonathan Ross Show" last month if there was someone special in his life, the footballer replied "a few," and said it was tough to narrow down his options.
"I need to figure out who is better," Ronaldo told the show, according to The Mirror, while revealing all of his women know about each other.
4) Moroccan Madness
Ronaldo created a stir when word came out that he was making frequent trips to Morocco, but the soccer sensation claimed that he was only traveling there to see his friend, kick-boxer Badr Hari. Turns out, the real reason for his trips may have been Martins.
5) World Traveler
Martins knows a thing or two about taking trips as her Instagram contains pictures of her showing off her beautiful assets in some of the world's most glamorous places. The views in these photos are nice, but it has nothing to do with the backdrop:
