AVALANCHE vs BRUINS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Live Coverage from Boston

Tonight, at 7:00 p.m. ET, the Colorado Avalanche (3-0-0) and the Boston Bruins (2-0-0) faceoff live from the TD Bank Garden in Boston in the first of two meetings this season. The game can be live streamed here. Colorado fans can access the game on the radio by setting their radios to KRWZ 950 AM, while Boston fans can do the same on WBZ-FM 98.5.

First-year coach Patrick Roy has had a great start to his tenure behind the Avalanche bench as his team is off to a 3-0-0 start for the first time in franchise history, meanwhile the Bruins have had a great start to their season and have also yet to drop a game.

Colorado has scored 11 goals in its first three games, and continues its three game road trip tonight in Boston. On top of that, Colorado is a perfect 8-for-8 on the penalty kill, though the Avalanche is keeping its expectations at a minimum early on.

"You don't get too high, you don't get too low," forward PA Parenteau told NHL.com after scoring the game-winning goal against Toronto Tuesday. "It's kind of cliché a little bit, but that's what it's all about. It's a long season, 82 games. We're off to a great start. That's what we wanted, but now we go one game at a time. Hopefully we keep going and we stay on a roll here."

Parenteau played in all 48 games last year for Colorado in its shortened season and had 18 goals and 25 assists for 43 points. He leads the team with three goals so far this season and is tied for first in points with four.

The Bruins are coming off of a strong 4-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Saturday where Torey Krug led the offense with a goal and an assist, but gave the credit to fellow blueliner Zdeno Chara, the captain of the Bruins.

"No one can move him," Krug told NHL.com about Chara screening Detroit's players on Krug's goal. "So they kind of just leave him to himself. And the goalie has to deal with him and it takes his eyes away. So it's nice to for us to have that."

Boston has been able to spread the scoring around as there are seven players with one goal on the team through the first two games.

While the teams have surged on offense and special teams, their goalies have done an excellent job as well. Colorado's Semyon Varlamov has allowed just three goals while saving 88 of 91 shots and sports a 1.00 GAA while Boston's Tuukka Rask has the same GAA and has allowed just two goals on 59 shots while stopping 57.

Two teams off to great starts compete on the ice tonight, but only one will leave the TD Garden undefeated.
