If Lana truly does have backstage heat on her, at least she's having some fun with it.

There have been plenty of rumors going around that the "Ravishing Russian" has drawn the ire of WWE officials on multiple occasions. The first round of heat was said to be on her in October when word leaked out that she got engaged to real-life boyfriend Rusev.

Lana & Paige Make Up After Twitter Beef

The WWE was reportedly upset about this because it blew an ongoing storyline where the couple was at odds on television, and forced the company to rework it. Lana then engaged in a very public Twitter feud with fellow WWE Diva Paige in November, going so far as to call the two-time Divas Champion a "bully," which is a buzzword backstage.

Reports then surfaced that the WWE was upset with Lana for behaving like that online and for using the term bully to describe Paige.

Nikki Bella's Injury Impacts Her Sister More Than Her Boyfriend

Earlier this week, it was rumored that Lana once again has heat on her and the segment where The Rock implied he had a sexual relationship with her last time they bumped into each other on RAW was seen as punishment for her.

The last time Lana was in hot water, the WWE did a similar angle where Ryback implied that the blonde bombshell went all the way with Dolph Ziggler. All the reports eventually led to some trolling from the couple.

WWE Superstar Sheamus revealed Thursday that he suffered some sort of arm injury, and Rusev made light of the rumors surrounding his fiancée on Twitter. With so many online sites pointing fingers at Lana, the "Bulgarian Brute" sarcastically authored a tweet linking the gossip about Lana to Sheamus' injury.

Lana seemed to enjoy Rusev's tweet and intimated that all the reports of heat being on her were lies.

Though they play serious characters on WWE television, at least Lana and Rusev have a sense of humor outside of the ring.
