Ever since the former NFL star appeared on the "Lip Sync Battle" reality competition and mimed his way to victory over the "The Vampire Diaries" actress, it appears he may be smitten with her.

There has been a lot of speculation that Tebow and Dobrev's actions on the show, which aired Feb. 4, were for more than just the audience, according to Youth Health Magazine. The two were getting up close and personal while she performed Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On," during the show and then they were even spotted rooting on the Broncos at the Super Bowl last Sunday in California.
Everything has led to a lot of speculation that they both may be into each other, but nothing has made it past the rumor stage. The only problem here would be that Dobrev is romantically linked to actor Austin Stowell, which would certainly complicate things.

The reports have an eerie similarity to the last time the former Heisman Trophy winner was reportedly in love.
There was a lot of speculation that Tebow was dating Olivia Culpo. Then it came out that the beauty queen dumped him due to his no sex before marriage edict that stems from his religious beliefs.
Finally, it was revealed that the two were never really an item at all and their alleged courtship never made it past the rumor stage.
Tebow told Ellen DeGeneres that he was single and looking for love, but he may not have found it in Dobrev despite what the rumors suggest.
"I'm single, yes," Tebow told DeGeneres on her show earlier this month. "Obviously [I'm looking for] someone that I'm extremely attracted to, but I think there has to be more there. There has to be depth. Obviously, you have to have similar beliefs, you have to have chemistry [and] character. But there has to be something more than glitz and glamour."
