Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian may not be an official couple, but it didn't stop them from spending Valentine's Day together.
The "Kocktails with Khloe" star and he former NBA player are still married, but they spent the holiday of love as friends.

"It was more a day of friendship than romantic love," a source told E! News. "Lamar appreciates Khloe so much for everything she has done for him these past few months."
On Sunday, the friendship included Odom giving his wife flowers, but sources close to them have insisted nothing romantic is going on between them.

The source added that Odom, who flew with Kardashian to New York City last week for Kanye West's fashion show for Yeezy Season 3, gave his wife the flowers for "being the woman and friend he will always love."
Odom probably never imagined he'd be celebrating Valentine's Day with Kardashian after his near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October. The former Lakers star has made a miraculous recovery and Kardashian has been instrumental in his recuperation.
"He's good, he's so good. It's just insane what the human body can do," Khloe told fans during a recent livestream on her app. "We went on a hike the other day, Kim Kardashian, myself and Lam. It's just crazy how quick things change and you never really know and that's such a blessing. And I believe in God and praying and I'm so grateful."
Though they may never officially reunite, the two clearly care for one another and after all they've been through, they can still celebrate Valentine's Day together -- even if it's just as friends.
