Khloe Kardashian, James Harden Split: Reality Star Only Furthered 'Humiliation' By Addressing Breakup On 'Kocktails With Khloe' [VIDEO]

Khloe Kardashian is partly to blame for her own humiliation.

The reality star split up with Rockets guard James Harden last month, but she doesn't enjoy their breakup being highly-publicized. From Harden to her on-again, off-again marriage to Lamar Odom and a courtship with rapper French Montana, Kardashian's love life is always in the public eye.

Khloe Kardashian Unhappy With Lamar Odom's Appearance

That doesn't mean the seemingly always media-hungry Kardashian likes it that way.

"When you break up in the public eye, it's almost like you have to go through it twice: privately and publicly," she wrote in a post on her website/app Monday. "I've been there, for sure, and it's hard. You could be having a fight that you don't necessarily want your family or friends to know about, and then all of a sudden it's like the whole world knows your business.

"It's humiliating. There's so much that you want to keep private, just for the sake of your own pride, and when details get out to the tabloids or whatever, it's like pouring salt into an open wound. It definitely makes it hard to close that chapter of your life."

James Harden Thriving After Khloe Kardashian Split

The statement is pretty comical considering the source. The Kardashian Klan is no stranger to creating (and loving) attention.

Also, Kardashian's own blog post further draws attention to the split and if she was that "humiliated" by it, why did she address it on her own show?

"I just don't want to put up with people that, you wanna be monogamous but then you're not monogamous," Kardashian said in a sneak peek of the March 2 episode of "Kocktails with Khloé." "He wanted to be committed, then, wasn't committed ... and I got the receipts to prove it."

Going through a breakup is tough, but Kardashian is definitely partly to blame for her own split going public.
