Aaron Hernandez Cousin, Tanya Singleton, Granted Bail In Odin Lloyd Murder Case [VIDEO]

Bristol County Superior Court Judge Susan Garsh also ruled that Tanya Singleton will be required to wear a GPS monitoring device and prohibited from leaving the state if she in fact makes bail.

Singleton, 37, is charged with criminal contempt of court and being an accessory to murder after the fact in the June 17 shooting death of Lloyd, a 27-year-old semi-pro football player and one-time associate of Hernandez. She has been ordered held without bail since last month.

Prosecutors allege Singleton helped fellow alleged accessory Ernest Wallace escape to Florida after Lloyd's body was discovered by buying him a bus ticket after his car broke down in Georgia. The contempt charge stems from her refusal to testify about the case before a grand jury. even though prosecutors had offered her immunity in exchange for her testimony. Her next court appearance was scheduled for Dec. 5.

Besides Singleton and Wallace, Carlos Ortiz, 27, has also been charged with accessory in the probe and Shayanna Jenkins, Hernandez's 24-year-old fiancee, faces perjury charges after prosecutors alleged she lied during her testimony to the grand jury.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to murder and five gun-related charges. He remains held without bail in the Bristol County jail.
