Another day, another new story about Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian's up-and-down relationship.
It's hard to decipher the truth when it comes to the reality star and the two-time NBA champion. One day, it seems like they're at odds. The next, they're sending out Snapchats together.
Kardashian put the couple's divorce on hold following Odom's near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel in October. It had appeared as though the divorce would be finalized soon, but some disturbing details recently explained why it hasn't been.
The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reportedly got angry at Odom over loud parties he had at the home she rented for him and even threatened to have him evicted. His reaction? To threaten to expose some Kardashian family secrets.
"[Lamar claims to have] secret audiotapes of Khloe talking to the producers of KUWTK about how to incorporate his overdose and recovery into the show," a source said, according to OK! Magazine. "Lamar could have other recordings of Khloe that he could make public and make a fortune off which could take down her family in the process."
It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for the Kardashians of all people to exploit Odom's health issues for a ratings bump on their show. Kardashian stayed by Odom's side after he almost lost his life, and made medical decisions while supporting him emotionally and financially during his struggles.
There were rumors things were rocky between the two after Odom was spotted out at bars drinking again. Things also seemed shaky when a source revealed he blames the Kardashian family for his downfall. The speculation of the divorce going through grew even more after Kardashian posted a cryptic quote about letting go.
It then seemed like everything was fine when Kardashian posted a Snapchat of the two hanging out together and being flirty. A source even said Kardashian could never live without him.
"Khloe's bark is stronger than her bite," the source told HollywoodLife.com. "She has no interest in leaving Lamar and she's never going to."
She may never have a chance to leave him if he's blackmailing her with family secrets.
