Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union Relationship Update: Actress Can't Blame Refs If Heat Get Eliminated By Hornets [POLL, VIDEO]

Gabrielle Union can yell and scream all she wants, but it's not the referees' fault that her husband Dwayne Wade and the Heat face elimination in their Round 1 series with the Hornets.

Miami dropped Game 5 to Charlotte, 90-88, on its own home court Wednesday. With the series now shifting back to the Time Warner Cable Arena, the Hornets enter with a 3-2 series lead and a chance to oust the Heat on their home court.

The "Being Mary Jane" actress was livid at the referees during Game 5 and exhibited some wild behavior over the officials not calling fouls in favor of Wade and his team.

"During the first half, Gabrielle was yelling at the ref and heckling him about a bunch of bad of calls," a witness told Page Six. "She was yelling while one of the players was at the free-throw line, verbalizing her displeasure with the way the game was being called. The whole section was getting behind her. The ref started laughing, and turned and said, 'Shouldn't you be at the Beyoncé concert?'

Union didn't hesitate to respond to the official.

"'I am in 'Formation' at the arena," she said. "'Lemonade'! Now do your job!' "

Union has been married to Wade since August 2014 and has become a step-parent to his sons Zaire, 14, Zion, 8, and Xavier, 2, and his nephew Dahveon, 13.

After Game 5, Union went on a Twitter rant on the referees following the Heat's loss:

Though Union wants to blame the officials, the fact is the Heat have blown a 2-0 lead and lost three games in a row, something that can't solely be placed on the referees. Though two of those losses came on the road, Miami lost a crucial swing game in its own building in Game 5, regardless of how Union believes the officials performed.

Wade and his teammates now face elimination in Charlotte on Friday. On the positive side, if they're ousted, it will give Wade and Union plenty of time to continue working on having a child.

"So far, it hasn't happened for us," Union said last September via US Weekly, stating they were trying. "A lot of my friends deal with this."
