The Trail Blazers look to get into the series, while the Warriors search for another win when they take the court for Game 2 at the Oracle Arena in California.

Portland is looking to tie things up before the series shifts to its home court, while Golden State will look to take a commanding 2-0 lead on the road with it.

The Warriors broke out to a 1-0 series lead by toppling the Trail Blazers, 118-106, in Game 1 on Sunday. Klay Thompson had a game-best 37 points for Golden State in the win, while Draymond Green led the way with 13 rebounds and 11 assists.

Damien Lillard (30) paced Portland in points in the loss, while Mason Plumlee had team-highs in rebounds (12) and assists (six).

Lillard averaged a team-best 25.1 points and 6.8 assists per game for the Trail Blazers in the regular season. Reigning MVP Steph Curry, who remains sidelined with a sprained knee, averaged 30.1 points per game to lead the Warriors in the regular season.

The Trail Blazers and Lillard will look to avoid another slow start after getting outscored 37-17 in the first quarter in Game 1.

"We've just got to understand that they are a good first-quarter team," Lillard told ESPN. "We've got to be better from the start of the game. So once we fix that and continue to compete the way we did, we'll have a chance."

After leading the Warriors to an NBA-record 73 wins this season, Steve Kerr expects a challenge from the Trail Blazers.

"They're not going to be a team that's going to panic and all of a sudden it goes from 25 to 35 and it's game over," Kerr said via ESPN. "They're the kind of team, they're going to stay with it. They've got such great shot-makers, they're always going to be on your tail, so our defense has to be locked in for 48 minutes."
