Seth Rollins Injury Return Update: 'Architect' May Beat Randy Orton Back To Action [POLL, VIDEO]

Seth Rollins and Randy Orton are two major faces missing from the WWE, but they are well on their way to a return.

The company has called up an influx of NXT talents as it attempts to wade through its myriad injury woes. Rollins (knee) has been sidelined since November, while Orton (shoulder) has been absent since October.

"The Viper" has been nursing the injury, but his rehab has gone slower than expected. Orton is on his way toward a full recovery and may not start training for a return at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando until mid-June, according to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter (via Wrestlingheadlines.com).

It's been a slow recovery for Orton. John Cena similarly went down with a shoulder injury, which he had surgically repaired in January. The "Cenation" leader will return much quicker, on the Memorial Day edition of "RAW."

Rollins was the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion when he was injured in a match against Kane during the WWE's European tour. "The Artchitect" was forced to relinquish the title, ending his 220-day reign with the richest prize in the game.

Since he forfeited the belt, Roman Reigns has won it three times with each of his runs getting staggered by Sheamus and Triple H reigns.

As for a return, Rollins is currently healthy enough to be filming the WWE Studios movie "Temple" in New Orleans, and is expected to return as soon as the filming, which started in early April, wraps.

That means Rollins may beat Orton back to the company despite getting injured a month after the "Apex Predator" went down.

When both Superstars return, it will be huge for the WWE as it has been forced to navigate without its biggest stars for months --including WrestleMania season.

Which WWE Superstar's return are you anticipating more?
