Dallas Cowboys Rumors: Dez Bryant Pulls A Johnny Manziel, Gets Sued By Texas State Senator Over Damage To Rental Home [VIDEO]

Just call him Johnny Manziel.

Much like Johnny Football, Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant is being sued over damage caused to a rental home, except he one-upped Manziel -- getting taken to court by a state senator.

Texas state senator Royce West alleges that the receiver caused over $60,000 of destruction to a rental home, according to the Dallas Morning News.

The suit brought forth by West's attorneys cited "negligent and abusive" treatment of the home" and also claimed that it was "littered with trash and feces" after his stay there. According to the report, the suit alleges that after Bryant was there, the home had blackened carpeting, cracked windows and missing blinds and shutters.

It also claims that Royce has dealt with "irreparable damage to carpeting, flooring, windows, shutters, and blinds; the presence of animal feces, trash, debris, and personal property inside the residence; and distinct and pervasive odors throughout."

Bryant has yet to comment on the allegations, but Royce is seeking between $100,000 and $200,000 for the alleged damage that was caused. Bryant, 27, is gearing up for the new season after hauling in 31 catches for 401 yards and three touchdowns through nine games in an injury-riddled campaign in 2015.

Manziel, 23, is being sued by the owner of a home in Hollywood he rented earlier this year where he threw an alcohol and drugs-fueled party, allegedly causing over $32,000 worth of damages.

"Mr. Manziel threw large parties on both nights, causing extensive damage," the lawyer of the homeowner, Niki Ghazian, said per Page Six. "Evidence suggests [Manziel] and his guests were consuming drugs and alcohol and that they caused a disturbance to the neighborhood."

Unlike Bryant, Manziel isn't getting set for the season as the Browns cut him back in March and there aren't any teams willing to take a chance on him considering his tumultuous offseason.
