The brand split appears to be a very good thing for Dolph Ziggler.
"The Showoff" may finally be getting pushed again by the WWE as he won a Six Pack Challenge match against Bray Wyatt, Apollo Crews, John Cena, AJ Styles and Baron Corbin to become No. 1 contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Crews won a battle royal to open the show to advance to the main event.
Ziggler is set to battle Ambrose at SummerSlam on Aug. 21 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
In other action, Becky Lynch defeated Natalya via submission. Randy Orton also returned to action, interrupting a Miz TV segment and then defeating the reigning Intercontinental Champion in a non-title match via the RKO.
