Tom Brady, Gisele Bundchen Relationship Update: Couple Buys New York Home For Over $20 Million [VIDEO]

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are on the move.

The Patriots quarterback and his model wife are on the verge of securing a new home in New York City.

Brady and Bundchen are entering a contract to purchase a Tribeca waterfront apartment that overlooks the Hudson River, according to Page Six. The pad reportedly has five bedrooms in it and its terrace has dazzling views of Manhattan.

Among the amenities in the 14-story building are an 82-foot lap pool, studios for cycling, yoga and Pilates, a squash court, a sauna and a steam room, according to the publication.

Brady has interesting football ties to New York as he is the arch nemesis of the Jets and will look to win the AFC East for the eighth straight year this season. The four-time Super Bowl champion has also fallen to the Giants twice in the Super Bowl.

The Patriots quarterback will sit out the first four games this season after reluctantly accepting a four-game ban for the Deflategate fiasco after multiple appeals were declined. Brady announced on Facebook last month that he will sit out the first four contests.

"I'm very grateful for the overwhelming support I've received from Mr. Kraft, the Kraft family, coach Belichick, my coaches and teammates, the NFLPA, my agents, my loving family and most of all, our fans," Brady wrote on Facebook. "It has been a challenging 18 months and I have made the difficult decision to no longer proceed with the legal process. I'm going to work hard to be the best player I can be for the New England Patriots and I look forward to having the opportunity to return to the field this fall."

Brady won his fourth Super Bowl with the Patriots in 2015 and finished last season with a 64.4 completion percentage, while throwing for 4,770 yards with 36 touchdowns and seven interceptions.

In his absence, Jimmy Garoppolo will be under center when the Patriots visit the Cardinals on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 1, and then again when the Patriots host the Dolphins, Texans and Bills in Weeks 2-4.

As for his personal life, the Deflategate drama reportedly put quite the strain on Brady's marriage.

Brady and Bundchen have been married since 2009 and have two children together. Though they've been going seven years strong, divorce rumors surrounded the couple, but Brady recently downplayed any issues between them.

"[We've] been through a lot of ups and downs together," Brady told Access Hollywood in June, "and in so many ways that built [the] relationship. We all have our challenges that we face in our life. And it's great to have that rock that you can always lean on that can support you in different ways that you need to."

The couple has made strides to repair their public image as a happy family in the wake of speculation there was turmoil between them.

It seems the new home should further quash any divorce rumors.
