'Arrow' Season 5 Episode 11 'Second Chance' Preview, Spoilers: Talia al Ghul, New Black Canary and More!

The fifth season of Arrow returned with a bank after a long winter break. Earth-2 Laurel was revealed to be working with Prometheus while Talia al Ghul was introduced in Oliver Queen's flashback in his time from Russia. Also, another possible new member of Team Arrow was teased.

Episode 11 is titled "Second Chances" and it will be centered on Oliver's time in Russia under the tutelage of Talia. The other daughter of Ra's al Ghul is played by guest star Lexa Doig, per Comicbook.

On the other hand, Felicity Smoak will also try to break out John Diggle out of prison. However, her efforts are thwarted by a new villain. The identity of the new bad guy is still unknown but he or she has the ability to stop Felicity's hacking prowess, which is very difficult to do.

Finally, Curtis is going to tell Team Arrow about a new female vigilante that is making headlines all over the DC universe. Her name is Tina Holland and she is the character introduced in the final moments of this week's episode.

Holland is played by The Walking Dead alum Julianna Harkavy. She seems to have the same superpowers as Earth-2 Laurel. Will she become the new Black Canary or will she just wreak havoc at Star City, too?

In an interview with CBR, Arrow executive producer Wendy Mericle revealed that Holland will have an important role in the second half of season five. It should be noted that the character is not from DC comics and created just for the show.

"She's going to factor into the back half of the season. She comes into the story in a really interesting way. She's like Oliver, has lost somebody and is hell bent for revenge. She is an amazing fighter. She has a lot of skills, and she's very much a peer of Oliver," Mericle said.

Arrow season 5, episode 11 "Second Chances" will be aired on Wednesday, February 1 only on The CW channel. Check out the video below to watch the extended promo for next week's episode.
