Gary Neville comments that Arsenal are not capable of winning big title battles against teams like Chelsea and they have been not for many years. He made the statement after Arsenal's defeat against Chelsea this weekend.

As per the live updates from The Telegraph, Arsenal loses 3-1 against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday and now they are 12 points behind their opponents in the Premier League title race. Marcos Alonso, Eden Hazard, and Cesc Fabregas secured the victory for Chelsea by scoring 3 goals.

As written in Sky Sports, despite Olivier Giroud's late consolation, Neville said Arsenal did not do enough to deal with the attacking power of their opponents. He also argued that Arsenal team who won the Premier League in 1998, 2002, and 2004 were stronger in both physically and mentally.

"It just feels like the same. Not strong enough, not resilient enough, not powerful enough and not good enough ultimately to compete," he added. Arsenal players have fallen well short and they should play well in an important part of the season when they can put pressure on their rivals.

He felt that Adams and Keown or Vieira and Petit could have handled a game like today against a powerful, strong Chelsea team. Current Arsenal team is a million miles away from that in terms of their ability to produce that type of performance and they are not able to deal with the power, strength, and shrewdness.

In his point of view, Arsenal is weak in defending opposite players for the past five or six years and they are not paying enough attention to it. The team is not bad but they do not know when to attack and when to defense, they just want to attack every time.

On the other hand, Chelsea knows exactly what to do in attack and in defense. Chances for Arsenal to come back in this season is very low and now they have to focus to be on top four this season.

However, he said some positive things as well. "Arsenal weren't bad today," he added. They were not terrible in any particular area. He wanted the forwards to play well but it's difficult to play against the team like Chelsea.
