The Buckeyes are leading their division in the Big Ten and are in the conversation for the national championship. The team has won a nation-best 21 games in a row and aim to tie a school record with 22 straight victories today. Illinois, meanwhile, enters play having lost 19 consecutive Big Ten games.

Quarterback Braxton Miller has emerged as one of the best in the country, as he's gone 108-for-149 (72.5%) for 1,316 yards with 15 touchdowns and three interceptions while he's also rushed for 410 yards on 87 attempts and added two scores on the ground.

The Buckeyes also boast a solid running game, but they average 20 completions and 230 passing yards per game thanks to Miller's solid performances throughout this season.

One target for Miller has been Evan Spencer who has three touchdowns while amounting 209 yards on 21 receptions.

The last time Ohio State played at Illinois, Miller only completed one pass as the team's offensive makeup was much different back then. Spencer was asked if he could even picture the team only throwing for one completion with Miller under center now that their offense functions differently.

"I couldn't even tell you," Spencer told ESPN about what Miller would do if he only completed one pass today "He'd probably go crazy."

The Buckeyes look to stay unbeaten when they take the field against Illinois today.
