Huawei Honor V9 launched in the Chinese tech market at a price tag of CNY 2,999 and it is expected that the device will be unveiled for the international tech markets at Mobile World Congress. LG is also expected to bring its best development LG G6 smartphone at the MWC 2017 event. A clear comparison is made between the specs of Huawei Honor V9 and rumored specs of LG G6.
Huawei Honor V9
Huawei Honor V9 comes with a measurement of 157.00 x 77.50 x 6.97 and weighs 184gms sporting a 5.7-inch QHD LTPS LCD touch screen having a resolution of 1440x2560 pixels. Under the hood, the handset is powered by Huawei subsidiary HiSilicon's latest and greatest chipset, 1.8GHz octa-core Kirin 960 processor. The processor is paired with 6GB of RAM. Also, the phone is equipped with 64GB of onboard storage with an expansion up to 128GB via a microSD card.
Huawei Honor V9 features a 4,000mAh battery and runs on Android 7.0 Nougat underneath Huawei's EMUI 5.0 operating system. Also, the phone features a dual 12 MP and 12 MP f/2.2 cameras on the back and an 8 MP f/2.0 camera for selfies. It is also reported that Huawei V9 will be presented at Mobile World Congress event and will be renamed as Honor 8 Pro.
LG G6
LG G6 is the highly anticipated Smartphone from LG for this year. LG recently mentioned about the phone's camera on its Social page in the Korean language that LG G6 will be featured two 13-megapixel rear-facing shooters. This dual camera set-up will offer a 125-degree field of view similar to a human's field of view.
According to BGR, LG G6 is expected to sport a bezel-less design, allowing the 5.7-inch QHD+ display at 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, LG G6 is reported to feature a Snapdragon 821 processor instead of Snapdragon 835 processor.
It was earlier reported that Samsung will be taking off the first lot of the Snapdragon 835 chipsets for its upcoming Galaxy S8 Smartphone. Also, there are reports claiming that Qualcomm and Samsung have collaborated for the mass production of Snapdragon 835 chipsets.
